Parma Heights is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen I’m from Ukraine, but I speak Russian because when I left, it was still part of Russia. When I asked them a question in Russian, they look at me with disgust and don’t even wanna help me so then I start speaking to them in English and it’s still a low level of customer service but better when I switched to English, some of the food is expired will definitely never be back.

Food quality has gone down! Nasty food!!!! I bought a cake yesterday and I thought it would be good, but when I tasted it, it was so disappointing. I'm not sure how long the cake has been sitting out, but it tasted stale and whatever coconut toppings they used it was so rancid. Not only did it made me upset, it made my tummy upset. I think they combined some near expiring wafers and desiccated coconut in the cake instead of throwing it and wasting it. It also tasted soapy! Now I'm the one that had to throw away $19 for 1 1/2 pound cake. Never buying here again! YUCKKKKKKKK!!!!! This business needs to be reported to the Department of Public Health.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is honestly the BEST Ukrainian/Eastern European store in the entire Cleveland area—100% without a doubt! The bread is fresh every single day, and I still can’t believe we can find this kind of authentic, incredibly tasty bread here in the U.S. It truly reminds me of home—the flavor is just unmatched. They have a huge variety of products—you can find absolutely everything you need in one place, from traditional foods to everyday essentials. Everything is high quality and always fresh. The staff deserves a big thank you! All the girls working there are amazing—so kind, hardworking, and always welcoming. You can tell they really care about the customers. A special appreciation to the director, Natalia—she is truly one of a kind. You would never guess she’s the director because she’s so humble, sweet, and always ready to help. She takes the time to understand what each customer needs and makes sure everyone leaves happy. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful place. I really appreciate everything you do
